Phil is Executive Director of BatteryLimits with 40 years' mining industry experience. Phil has managed or sponsored four graphite prefeasibility studies in Tanzania, as well as graphite scoping studies in Mozambique and South Australia.

In addition, BatteryLimits through Phil's negotiations has partnered with the Chinese company Xinhai that has extensive graphite experience. He has visited operating graphite mineral processing plants built by Xinhai, as well as spheroidising plants in the graphite provinces.

As part of his commitment to the graphite industry, Phil has taken on the Chairman's role of the graphite junior BlackEarth Minerals.
