Steven has extensive commercial and operational experience in the resources Industry, working with small and large companies  including WMC where he was exposed to the marketing of industrial minerals. He holds degrees in Geology and Economics. He has worked on numerous projects in a number of interesting locations over the years and considers resource rich Tanzania to be the best Country in Africa to do business.  He is quite proud to have been involved with Black Rock’s exploration team, which recently delivered Tanzania’s largest and highest grade graphite resource.  Steven considers that the resource discovery was the hard part and is enjoying coordinating a highly skilled and competent development team that is absolutely determined to take the Mahenge Graphite Project into production
